PARPre-Authorized Remittance Program

also known as  PAR
What is PAR?
PAR is a great way to simplify making your financial contribution to Ste-Genny's. You don't need to fill out weekly offering envelopes and you don't have the worry of having to "catch up" if you are unable to make it to church because of sickness or vacation.

How does PAR work?
PAR enables Ste-Genny's to directly debit your bank account monthly with the amount of your offering. People on PAR have given Ste-Genny's written authorization to deduct a specific amount on the 20th of each month from their bank account which is automatically deposited in Ste-Genny's bank account. You can increase or decrease the amount of your offering at any time and you can also temporarily stop making a contribution if you need to do so.

Why should I care about PAR?
PAR helps Ste-Genny's manage its finances to be better able to pay its bills and payroll on time. PAR is to Ste-Genny's what a regular pay cheque or pension deposit is to you. It is always nice to know that on a certain date every two weeks or every month that there will be a deposit in your account. It's exactly the same for Ste-Genny's.

How do I sign up for PAR?
All you have to do is ask Ross Wilson, Ste-Genny's envelope steward, or Donna Olinik, our church secretary, or any member of the Finance Committee for a PAR authorization form. The form is easy to complete and should be returned to Ross so you can be entered in the PAR program. The PAR authorization form is available here. All the members of the Finance Committee are ready and willing to answer any questions you may have about PAR. Your participation will make a difference.

newWhere do I find more information about PAR?
